We do require a 100% deposit to confirm your reservation. This is fully refundable up to 48 hours in advance of your arrival date. If you cancel within 48 hours of your stay, no refunds can be issued. Failure to show up for your reservation forfeits your deposit and released your room for the remainder of your stay.

We will send you an electronic check-in link 24 hours prior. An electronic room key will be text to you by 3pm on the day of arrival. You will need to download the Flexipass app to access your room. Please provide us with phone numbers for each guest in your party that would like their own key access prior to arrival!

There is one guaranteed parking spot available for each room. Additional paid spots are up for grabs on a first-come basis. Our parking lot is across Superior Street next to Park State Bank. There are two 15-minute drop off spots available by the check-in doors. 

Our dogs are our adventure buddies too. For that reason, we are a pet friendly property. There is a $10 a night fee per dog. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed per room. Please be a responsible human and clean up after them and don’t leave them unattended in your room. Send us an email or text after booking to add a dog to your reservation.

There are 4 lockable shower/bathrooms and two unisex restrooms throughout the property. All guests share these facilities, but they are single stall. We do not have any bathtubs.

No, Zenith Basecamp does not have staff on-site 24/7. We do have staff on-site to assist during select hours of the day. Retail and bar staff are also on-site during their open hours.

Smart keys work through your phone's Bluetooth-so make sure this is turned on in your settings. Download the Flexipass app onto your phone. Your code will be text to you at 2:55pm on the day of arrival. Type or paste this code right into the app. Then when you’re by the door open the app and hold the back of the phone to the key pad. Your code works for the exterior doors and your room door.

Please don't panic. We have housekeeping, retail, and bar staff on-site during business hours. Any of them will be happy to assist you. If it is after business hours, there is a phone in the adventure hub area with further instructions. Just remember to bring your phone with you like you do key cards at any other hotel, and you won't have a problem! 

Yes, provide their names and phone numbers before arrival to receive separate access codes.

Guests must be 18 years or older to confirm guest room accommodations. A valid photo ID must be uploaded prior to check-in for age verification.

We are a small space that has rooms right off of the communal lounge. For that reason we do have to adhere to having lights out at 10pm each evening and quiet hours are from 9pm-7am. Please be respectful of other explorers that might be heading to the trails early!

Our rooms have privacy wall slats in the top foot of space between the wall and the ceiling.You cannot see or access the room next to you, but noise may travel through. All rooms are lockable and only accessible to your party. 

Altitude is located right downstairs from the hostel. It is an elevated cocktail, zero-proof mocktail and wine bar that features cozy seating in a relaxed atmosphere.

We have a shared kitchenette on-site. It has a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, plates, bowls, cups/mugs, and utensils available for hostel guests. Please label your items with your name if putting them in the communal fridge. Be considerate of others and wash your dishes after using them.

-Food, snacks, drinks (We have a communal kitchenette and fridge available. Coolers are available in each room.)

-Additional blankets or sleeping bag (fitted, flat sheet, and wool blanket are provided).

Complimentary fiber WiFi is available throughout the property should you need to work, stream, upload photos, book excursions, etc.
