  • What is check-in time?

    3:00pm

  • What is check-out time?

    11:00am

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We do require a 100% deposit to confirm your reservation. This is fully refundable up to 48 hours in advance of your arrival date. If you cancel within 48 hours of your stay, no refunds can be issued. Failure to show up for your reservation forfeits your deposit and released your room for the remainder of your stay.

  • How do I check-in?

    We will send you an email 24 hours prior with check-in instructions. An electronic room key will be provided to you.

  • Is parking available?

    There is one guaranteed parking spot available for each room. Additional spots are up for grabs on a first-come basis. Our parking lot is across Superior Street from the property. There are two 10-minute drop off spots available by the check-in doors. 

  • Are you pet friendly?

    Our dogs are our adventure buddies too. For that reason, we are a pet friendly property. There is a $10 a night fee per dog. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed per room. Please be a responsible human and clean up after them and don’t leave them unattended in your room. Send us an email or text after booking to add a dog to your reservation.

  • How old must I be to stay at Basecamp?

    Guests must be 18 years or older to confirm guest room accommodations. A valid photo ID must be uploaded during check-in for age verification.

  • Are there quiet hours?

    We are a small space that has rooms right off of the communal lounge. For that reason we do have to adhere to having lights out at 10pm each evening and quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. All beds have individual reading lights on them so you can continue your relaxing from your bunk. Please be respectful of other explorers that might be heading to the trails early!

  • Is there a bar on-site?

    Altitude is located right downstairs from the hostel. It is an elevated cocktail and wine bar that features cozy seating in a relaxed atmosphere.

  • Is there a kitchen on-site?

    We have 2 shared kitchenettes on-site. They have a microwave, hot plate, fridge, plates, bowls, cups/mugs, and utensils available for hostel guests. Please label your items with your name if putting them in the communal fridge. Be considerate of others and wash your dishes after using them. There is also a grill and fire pit in the outdoor spaces.

  • What should I pack?

    -Clothes & necessary gear for your adventures

    -Phone (you’ll use this as your room key)

    -A good book

    -Food, snacks, drinks (We have a communal kitchenette and fridge available. Coolers are available in each room.)

    -Towels and toiletries for the showers (shampoo/conditioner/soap is not included)

    -Extra pillows should you need them (1 is provided for twin beds, 2 for queen beds)

    -Charging cables (plugs and USB plug-ins are available in each bunk) 

  • Is there WiFi?

    Complimentary fiber WiFi is available throughout the property should you need to work, stream, upload photos, book excursions, etc.
